Kathy has 25 years experience providing legal representation to individuals and corporations in the areas of corporate law, compliance, construction, and complex commercial litigation. She has an extensive background in  reviewing and drafting contracts, leases, and agreements in order to provide her clients with custom and specific documents, policies, and procedures that are tailored to the client's particular business objectives. Her work also focuses on ensuring compliance with statutes and laws, including the export regulations (ITAR); She maintains a direct and constant interface with clients and is accessible on demand.
